Along with freelance writing and editing, she has spent nearly two decades teaching literature and creative writing to kids, teens, and to young moms escaping homelessness and abuse. She and her husband have two grown daughters and a son-in-law, and have filled their empty nest with an assortment of rescue animals.

News:
Mandy's historical literary novel THE CREEK WON'T SAY will be published by Red Hen Press in the fall of 2027.
